Early Years Leader with responsibility  For the Children’s Centre Full time Required from 01 September 2018  

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our high achieving expanding school, based in Putney. The Headteacher and Governors of Granard Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, self-motivated and inspiring Early Years Leader who will also have responsibility for the Children’s Centre.  We have a wonderful community spirit that celebrates our vibrant and diverse multi-cultural community and are looking to appoint an outstanding Early Years practitioner who is passionate, dynamic, innovative, charismatic and committed; has high aspirations for the pupils; has evidence of leadership skills and high expectations; will make learning fun and has a genuine belief that all children have the potential for success.

The successful applicant will be a member of our Middle Leadership Team (MLT).  You will lead Early Years and have responsibility for the Children’s Centre, which will be determined by experience, and carry out Performance Management reviews for the staff within Early Years.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of the phase and be prepared to support the staff in order to further develop and improve our provision.
