Slade Green Temple Grove are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support children in our reception class and continue to provide an outstanding early  years' education, where children can develop and flourish to become confident independent learners and achieve the best possible outcomes in all areas of the EYFS curriculum.

The successful candidate will need to:

• To work as part of a team of Early year’s educators preparing, delivering and evaluating the highest quality learning experiences enabling pupils to access the full EYFS curriculum.

• To promote independent learning in both the inside and outside environments introducing activities and using a range of strategies to support all pupils in their learning.

• To develop and maintain professional links with parents, colleagues, carers and other agencies working with the school, the local community and the Federation.

• To support individual children and groups, under the direction of the class teacher/EYFS leader

• To observe pupils' learning, progress and engagement maintaining individual and group records.

You will need to have an NVQ in Early Childhood Education/ Childcare Level 3 in childcare or equivalent.

Haberdashers' Slade Green Primary is a two-form entry primary school, part of the Haberdashers’  Crayford cluster.

The Haberdashers’ Trust South is a trust of academies that has been educating children in South London since 1876. The Crayford cluster provides schooling for children aged 3-18 with over 1600 children in three schools: Crayford Academy (secondary), Crayford Primary and Slade Green Primary.
