We are now looking for an Early Years Practitioner to work as part of a team to develop the learning of pupils across the Early Years Foundation Stage. We need an exceptional Practitioner who will be an inspirational role model to our pupils and work with both teachers and the wider school community to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which children make rapid academic progress.   

Our ideal Early Years Practitioner will: 

• have a degree in Early Years or equivalent 

• have experience working with young people in a paid or voluntary capacity 

• have the desire and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding teaching

 • be committed to Ark’s ethos of high expectations 

• have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of our pupils • have a good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and be able to make accurate assessments

Ark Tindal Primary Academy is a high performing primary school with nursery situated in central Birmingham, with Key Stage 2 results consistently above national averages. and progress in the top 10% of schools nationally.
