The British International School of Boston (BISB) is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Teacher to join us from August 2020, to work with a dedicated group of teachers within this phase. We will welcome applications from outstanding, self-motivated and reflective professionals. About the role

As a fully qualified teacher you will need to be a fluent English speaker, be familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage, the National Curriculum for England, have some knowledge of the International Primary Curriculum and be confident working with students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds.

We seek individuals with high expectations of children's progress and achievements; an ability to demonstrate a commitment and desire to work as part of a team, and who are fully committed to taking an active part in all areas of school life. You will be an excellent communicator and confident with technology; someone who gets on well with colleagues, students and parents.  Amongst other things, you will be well organised, have a good sense of humour and will want to participate fully in the extra-curricular aspects of school life.

The British International School of Boston, we are a close knit team who are proud of our school and community. We educate approximately 450 young people of more than 82 heritages, in a through school from the ages of 18 months to 18 years, preparing them for futures as global citizens in the years ahead.

Selection Process

The closing date for application is Monday 6 January 2020.

First stage interviews will be conducted by Skype or telephone and final interviews will take place at the Nord Anglia Education Recruitment Event in central London in the week commencing 21st January 2020 (alternative arrangements will be made for candidates who cannot attend in person).

All post holders in regulated activity (having regular unsupervised contact with children) are subject to appropriate national and international vetting procedures including satisfactory criminal record checks from both your country of residence/birth and any country of residence within the last 10 years.
