Early Years Teacher Maternity Cover August 2021-December 2021

Nexus International School Malaysia is seeking a dynamic teacher to join the Early Years team (teaching aged 2-5 years) to cover Maternity Leave 12th August 2021 to 17th December 2021. The candidate should be an experienced Early Years practitioner with a suitable teaching qualification (teaching degree) Applicants must hold a Resident Pass / Spouses Visa / Permanent Resident that permits them to work in Malaysia.

Fostering positive relationships and having a growth mindset are essential attributes of Nexus teachers. Experience of the International Early Years Curriculum is desirable but not essential.  As an Apple Distinguished School we expect all teachers to use technology in a transformative way to enhance learning. 

Nexus is located in Putrajaya, near Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. Established in 2008, we currently enrol 650 students from Early Years to Year 13 who learn through the IEYC,  IPC, IGCSE and the IBDP curricula. We have an inclusive admissions policy so class teachers can expect to teach learners with learning and language needs as well as those exceeding age related expectations.
