We are looking for an outstanding Early Years Teacher to join The Chadderton Preparatory Grammar School in Chadderton, Oldham.
The Chadderton is a family-based, co-educational preparatory school with an outstanding reputation, which places the careful, nurturing and rounded education of the children in our care at its core. We encourage impressive results from happy children for a fee, which we strive to keep accessible to many. We will always remain true to this philosophy whilst striving to constantly improve what we deliver.
You will be an experienced Early Years Teacher who is outstanding in the classroom. Understanding that these are the crucial years and helping our pupils to gain the very best levels possible. Our classes are small and we aim for our pupils to leave us as confident, happy, articulate and enthusiastic individuals.
Be it NQT or seasoned practitioner, the key quality we are searching for is the ‘wow factor’ in the classroom – can you grab the attention of the whole class and keep it whilst delivering outstanding teaching to each child? Are you prepared to think carefully about how to enhance your lessons, your classroom, and your pastoral care? Do you have the passion to ‘roll-up your sleeves’ and ‘get stuck-in’ in every aspect of our small school? If you do, we’d like to talk to you.
