Lorica Trust oversees and runs East Clayton Farm, we are seeking to appointment a Senior Support Assistant to work in our landbased Alternative Provision. 

Our alternative provision strives to provide an educational experience which focuses upon vocational success, enjoyment and participation, combined with the benefits of providing an outdoor educational setting

Through participation in activities such as donkey walking, bushcraft, horticulture, conservation and small animal care we engender a sense of community and belonging, reducing behaviours that challenge and give our young people the best life chances.

Being part of the team from the onset, you will have an incredible opportunity to help shape our provision and support disaffected, complex and vulnerable young people. With support from the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for; development of innovative strategies to achieve high levels of engagement, work towards meeting the young person’s KPIs, transition in and out of the provision, communication with the home, school and parents and the organisation of activities that run across the different year groups.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with personality, creativity and a specialist in working with behaviours that challenge; someone who is committed to supporting young people to achieve their potential and can embody our vision.
