30 hours a week 09:00–15:30 daily (Flexible) for 39 weeks a year (plus 5.07 weeks paid holiday)
We are looking to appoint an outstanding Support Attendance Officer to work within the Attendance Team, alongside our Education Welfare Officer. You should have a vibrant personality and be proactive in your approach to your work. The role will include liaising with staff and parents as well as providing support to individual students.
You will need to be a quick learner and have excellent communication skills. You should also have the ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, when necessary. Data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding awareness would be an integral part of your duties.
Tendring Technology College is a key member of Academies Enterprise Trust (AET). Tendring Technology College is a large successful 11-18 school, which has two campuses; Frinton Campus (KS4 & KS5 (Sixth form), ages 14-18) and Thorpe Campus (KS3 ages 11-14).
