Believe Achieve Succeed
Are you an Educational Psychologist looking for a new challenge in a forward-thinking environment?
The Harmony Trust is a collaborative, successful and expanding network of primary academies located in Oldham and Derby.
We believe that every child, regardless of context, should have access to a high quality education. Together, we nurture supportive and caring learning environments with high expectations and a culture of no excuses.
We are now at a point in our journey to begin building a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to work across all of the academes in our Oldham hub. This team will be at the forefront of developing high quality provision for our pupils, so this is an exceptionally exciting time to join The Harmony Trust in such a key role.
We serve some of the most diverse communities in Oldham, with over 20 languages being spoken across our academies and a significant proportion of our pupils being International New Arrivals. Alongside this we have exceptionally high levels of FSM, EAL and SEND across the hub.
The Harmony Trust are proud of our continued commitment to inclusivity and SEND – Greenhill Academy is a flagship school for inclusion, having achieved the Inclusion Quality Mark – and this is a reputation we will continue to build on with the creation of the MDT. We are looking for someone who is a great team player, with the ability to manage their own caseload and work with teachers, TA’s and our wider community to really make a lasting impact on our pupils’ lives.
If you join us, you will be part of a team of talented practitioners who are committed to professional development and to sharing their expertise. You’ll be challenged to be the very best but encouraged every step of the way, with access to exceptional career development opportunities to support your growth.
