Job overview

ISR is a preeminent college prep school, whose students are accepted into top universities around the world. The school’s students have ranked amongst the top 3 IB average grades across Germany.

50% of the students study STEM subjects, and 25% study business after leaving ISR. 99% of the graduates leave with a full IB Diploma and an internationally accredited High School Diploma.

Set in 50,000 square meters of greenery, ISR is home to more than 900 students from 50 nationalities. ISR is a privately financed, non-profit school with a full-day academic program in the Düsseldorf and Neuss region. The school offers an excellent, international education with a holistic approach from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

We are looking for ambitious educators who will be our “Future Leaders.” If you think you have what it takes to be an inspirational leader with the energy and foresight to constantly raise standards at ISR then we would like to hear from you.

We are looking to raise standards at ISR by attracting educators who can maximise learning opportunities, display strong and fair leadership skills, be approachable to all ISR stake-holders (staff, families and students alike) and most of all have a passion for education that drives everyday life.

We are looking for teachers who may be searching for their first leadership post or more experienced teachers who may be searching for fresh challenges in their careers.  You may at present be working in Primary or Senior School: a proven track record of leadership experience in a successful school is not as important as a desire to demonstrate strategic awareness, the skill to think creatively and really “push the needle.”

In return we can offer you a dynamic environment that already has a reputation of academic excellence but is always striving to improve.  You will always be supported by committed and welcoming colleagues, confident hardworking students and a very supportive ISR community. We will be looking at you to establish your value in a fast-paced rewarding school and in return will offer a range of career development opportunities.

If the above resonates with you then please email your CV and cover letter to jobs@isr-school.de. We are always open to discuss possibilities for inspiring candidates
