ENGLISH KS2-3 TRANSITION TEACHER 

Range: MPS

Required January 2018 or earlier (start date negotiable) 

We are looking to recruit an outstanding Primary/Secondary teacher to ensure the best possible progress and achievement for Year 7 and 8 students in English. You will support the students, parents, teachers and the school to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which children make outstanding academic progress across the core subjects. 

Our ideal candidate will:

· have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of students 

· have experience of working as a Primary teacher (not essential)

· take a flexible approach to work

· be committed to establishing a supportive and nurturing environment for Year 7 and 8 across the core subjects

We are part of a multi-academy trust and our sponsor is an outstanding Academy and a National Teaching School. They operate the Outstanding Teacher Programme (OTP) which provides a route for further excellent professional development.

Sir William Stanier School is part of The Learning Partnership.

The Learning Partnership is a new multi-academy trust that was formed on 1st September 2023 as a merger between The Learning Alliance and The Learning for Life Partnership.
