English Language and Literature Teacher

We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join our dedicated and hard-working team at The Chalfonts Independent Grammar school in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire. The Chalfonts is a fully accredited Co-educational International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) for students from 11 to 18 year old. The IB programme aims to develop students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge – students who flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally and ethically.

The successful candidate will join a thriving and dynamic team and be well qualified to teach English at MYP level, from the ages of 11-16. But the ability to teach and experience of Higher Level English is desirable. The appointed individual will be passionate about their field, and will inspire enjoyment of their subject whilst striving to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
