-£125- 198 per day dependent upon scale and experience.
This English Lead Teacher – SEMH Setting role is a fantastic opportunity to work in an outstanding and inspirational setting with real passion, pride and ‘wow’ factor.
We are recruiting for a passionate Good to Outstanding Teacher to deliver English, Literacy and Functional Skills working with a wide range of abilities and potentially up to GCSE (support may be provided at upper and lower end of ability range initially as needed for the right candidate).
You need to be outstanding for this English Lead Teacher – SEMH Setting role in your practice and could be from a SEND, SEMH, Mainstream Middle, Primary or Secondary background.
Commitment to high standards and expectations of staff and students is imperative.
Your teaching must be bespoke, engaging, rich, stimulating and challenging at all times. We need you to be able to oversee Literacy Provision and Resources in school, manage support staff, develop an exciting curriculum and contribute to the life of this school.
Personal qualities required include positivity and resilience in abundance. We hope that you take an inclusive and nurture based approach to learning and fulfil a major role in developing confident readers, writers, speakers and listeners.
To be considered for this English Lead Teacher – SEMH Setting role you MUST hold QTS and have experience teaching at KS2 and 3. You must be passionate about Literacy and the role it should have across the curriculum. This English Lead Teacher – SEMH Setting role is a requirement for September.
