For September 2021, we are seeking an English NQT who has a passion for working with young people and is committed to making a difference to their future. We are looking for someone with high aspirations for all children and a desire to raise standards whilst demonstrating a commitment to their own further development.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach at all levels up to and including KS4. The post requires personal commitment of a high level and will offer a unique opportunity to participate in the growth of this flourishing college.
St Augustine’s has a tradition of academic achievement, with an ethos that emphasises high quality pastoral care and personal development for all children. Working at our College provides the opportunity to further your professional development as part of a highly experienced and professional team. Willingness to contribute to our extra-curricular programme would be an advantage.
As a Catholic school our values are explicitly Christian. You do not have to be of the Catholic faith to apply for this post, though we are seeking someone who will support our ethos with a high degree of visibility, commitment and energy and who will serve the whole college community academically, pastorally and spiritually. Many staff are involved in co-curricular activities, and the willingness to be involved is an especial recommendation.
If you possess the necessary skills and experience and would like to apply for this post, please submit your application by noon Thursday 25th February 2021. Interviews will be held shortly after.
If you have any further questions, or would like to arrange a visit, please do not hesitate to our HR Manager, Mrs Naomi Turner, on 01225 362004 or by email at email@example.com.
