Court Moor School is a high-achieving 11-16 comprehensive school in Fleet with an intake of motivated and warm students. We have sky-high ambition for the school with excellent headline results with most subjects in the upper quartile for progress scores. We are seeking an enthusiastic English teacher to join our friendly department.
Our over-subscribed school has the privilege of teaching students who are amongst the highest attaining at KS2 in Hampshire with a high APS on entry - our challenge is to maintain and accelerate their progress.
English has consistently strong results – last year 69% of students gained 9-5 at language and 65% literature. This year we have a new Head of Department who is committing to make the results even better and to enrich our curriculum for all years.

About Court Moor School
Court Moor School, based in Fleet, Hampshire, is a secondary, community school for children between the ages of 11 and 16. The coeducational establishment has around 1,093 students enrolled at the moment. It has the capacity to have 1,100 children on the premises. It is a non-denominational school.

Court Moor promises to give every child a balanced, fun and enriching curriculum. Teachers aim to help students develop new skills and opportunities. Students get the chance to volunteer in the local community and take part in clubs.
