English Teacher

Responsibility

• To mark and analyze the baseline test including speaking, listening, reading and writing. According to the baseline test, place students into different classes (Advance, middle, beginner).
• To attend both content area and cross curricular meeting and collaborate with other teachers to develop school based curricula based on your departmental needs.
• Collaborate with different departments and coworkers of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Create highly effective and engaging lesson plans to increase student achievement. 
• Be able to use different instructional strategies and various resources such as textbooks and external materials including digital and online media to meet students' varying needs.
• Have excellent class management skills to deal with behavior problems and to create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Provide students with regular feedback and maintain communication with parents regarding student academic performance, wellbeing, school expectations/regulations and etc.  .
• Tutor and answer question from children; supervise students’ attendance in the class.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree and two year full time teaching experience or Bachelor degree and TESOL/TEFL certificate;

· Excellent communication skills with a native level English reading, writing and speaking ability and a strong command of English grammar;

· A proven team player who can work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences;

· Ability to spark intellectual curiosity in students and help students realize their full potential;

· Patient with a positive attitude, responsible, creative, and empathetic.

2) The reimbursement of your first arrival ticket to China will be paid in half after the probation period. The reimbursement of the return ticket will be paid at the end of the contract, up to a maximum of RMB 10,000;

Vacations：

1) Three or four weeks of Winter vacation;
