In 2018 we were recognised as the most improved school in Oldham. The school is situated a short distance from the scenic pennines and has excellent transport links to both Greater Manchester and Yorkshire regions. We are under the guidance of an experienced Leadership Team and the E-ACT Academy Trust who are driving the school forward. We also look towards a new, state of the art building on schedule to be ready for September 2019.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking educationalist to join the E-ACT Team at Royton and Crompton Academy. The successful candidate will teach an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
E-ACT Academies provide excellent opportunities for the right candidate. These can be discussed at Interview.

Royton and Crompton E-ACT Academy is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary in Oldham, Greater Manchester. As of the most recent inspection there were 1,166 students on the school roll.
