The English and mathematics faculty are delighted to announce that we are creating opportunities for teachers with passion, enthusiasm and flair to come and join our progressive and forward thinking team.

The need to acquire a Grade 4 or above is pivotal to increasing the life chances and opportunities for the learners that we serve and the study programme that learners embark upon will have English and mathematics at the core. For many learners, the opportunity to secure their grade through Further Education presents a valuable second chance for them and therefore we are looking for teachers with the ability to motivate, inspire and enthuse all our learners towards movement from a Grade 1, 2 or 3 toward achieving their goals.

With teaching opportunities across both our Rodabston and Cannock campus locations, there is the professional challenge to contextualise the learning to make it vocationally relevant to the learner and support them in being "work ready."

Skilled in GCSE delivery, you will look to embrace the technologies that we have in terms of Google applications and be comfortable in diagnostic data assessment. Smaller class sizes will allow you to offer a greater degree of personalised learning in an attempt to best meet the needs of the learners.Access to IT, supportive mandatory training and professional development opportunities will all contribute in allowing you develop as a practitioner of GCSE within an FE setting.

If you feel that this is something that will allow you to give the best of yourself then we would very much look forward to hearing from you, as our learners deserve to have the very best. Is this you?
