St Michael’s College is seeking suitably qualified, dynamic educator to fill the position of English Teacher for a Term 1, 2021 LSL Contract.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate commitment to Excellence in Learning and Teaching through co-planning from the approved curriculum; teaching that provides opportunities for students to develop their love of learning; and a mind-frame of continuous improvement through dedicated feedback processes which includes fortnightly review and response sessions.
A student focused mindset will be evident in the successful candidate’s ability to articulate their experience in working to create an environment where, in partnership with families, they have worked to support students to discover their spark, discover their strength and discover their spirit.
Experience working within a Responsible Thinking Process framework would be advantageous.
