You will inspire students at every level of ability, and go the extra mile to close attainment gaps and engage pupils with special needs. As an experienced and capable classroom practitioner, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running in class, and you’ll be keen to accelerate our journey towards Outstanding. Above all, you will be able to apply your imagination to make English a subject of choice.

Pool Hayes Academy is part of Academy Transformation Trust (ATT), a Multi-Academy Trust with 21 academies across the Midlands and East of England.
