The role 

ABC Teachers are looking for English Teachers to work in schools in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. ABC Teachers offer a range of different working formats for the interested English Teachers, these include day to day positions, short-term roles, and long-term roles. The successful English Teachers will need to be committed and extremely reliable.

The successful English Teachers will be required to work in ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ schools, delivering English lessons to KS3, KS4 and KS5 pupils, working towards their teacher assessments. ABC Teachers regularly provide Teachers to schools across the midlands for day to day, short and long term positions.

The school 

ABC Teachers work with a range of ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ schools in Birmingham and the surrounding areas who frequently require outstanding Teachers.

 

Requirements 

To be considered for the English Teacher position, you will: 

• At least 20 days experience working with secondary aged pupils in a school setting within the last 2 years.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Access to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment. 

• A passion for working with Children. 

• Flexible and adaptable, open to working in a range of different schools in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

• Ability to drive is desirable but not essential for this position.
