St John Fisher College is seeking a part time Enrolments Officer who will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents and students (current and prospective), school staff and the wider school community.
Duties include:
- Supporting the College Principal in the implementation of enrolments procedures
- Maintaining and providing reports from Brisbane Catholic Education systems; and keeping the College Principal updated on administration issues.
- Assist in the organisation and marketing of College events including on the day activities.
- Assist in the ongoing College administrative improvement processes.
Ideally you will:
- display proven administration, communication and interpersonal skills,
- be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment,
- must demonstrate experience and knowledge in the use of technology including extensive Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel,
- a knowledge of Brisbane Catholic Education Enterprise systems (i.e., eMinerva, Online Enrolment Form, School, Student and Parent Portals) will be highly regarded.

- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- provide evidence of full COVID vaccinated as directed by the Qld Chief Health Officer
Estimated start date: Commencing July 2022 (Semester 2)

Weeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)
Tenure duration (where Fixed Term):
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 22.5 hours / 3 days per week / term time (annualisation of salary available) Must be available to work Fridays to support monthly College tours.
Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 4 - $32.23 per hour ($26.0342 per hour if annualised)
Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
