Southern Academy Trust is looking for an efficient, supportive and enthusiastic Estate Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the estates development and safety management ensuring the continual development of the Trust’s sites and facilities.
Proven knowledge of building maintenance and/or facilities management would be desirable and training will be provided for First Aid at work.

Candidates must ensure they have due regard for safeguarding and to follow child protection policies and procedures ensuring to minimise and mitigate any potential hazards contributing to the security of the Trust.

Candidates should possess a high standard of numeracy and literacy skills and obtain excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. Experience of managing and working in a team is essential and must be proficient in using MS Office applications, email and the internet.
