Job overview

SANCTON WOOD SCHOOL is looking to recruit exam invigilators for the May/June Summer 2017 examinations session. There may be other occasions throughout the year when invigilators are also required.

This work is occasional, part-time and paid on an hourly basis at £10 an hour. The hours will vary between 8.00 am and 4.00pm.

All training will be provided and previous experience is not required.

Invigilators need to be reliable and discrete, flexible and observant. They need to be able to show understanding and relate to learners, as well as to maintain authority and remain calm under pressure or in unexpected circumstances. Close attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and accurately at all times are essential.

Sancton Wood is a small, family friendly school pupils aged 1-16 years. Recognised for its outstanding contribution to the social and emotional development of each individual child.
