The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 9 primary schools, Teaching School, and SCITT.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire.

As the ATLP grows and develops further exciting opportunities has arisen for the following role based at John Wilmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7DY.


EXAMINATIONS OFFICER

Salary: Grade 3 – £20,344 - £26,317 per annum (specific scale point dependent on experience)

(actual salary £18,096 to £23,409 per annum).


Required as soon as possible

Hours per week: 37 hours a week, in addition you will be required to work additional hours during the school term to enable you to have school holidays off. You will be required to work for 4 days in August when 'A' Level and GCSE results are released.

You will ensure pupils are entered correctly for external examinations, meeting all deadlines and Exam Board requirements. You will have responsibility for organising rooms and timetables for exams. You will also be responsible for organisation invigilation for all exams.

You will be highly organised and resilient, with excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with young people.  Previous experience of school exam administration is required as is your adaptability, organisational skills and attention to detail.
