The Examinations Department is looking for an individual to be part of a busy team. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries relating to exams and assessments. You must be able to communicate effectively with staff and students, enjoy team working and dealing with information requiring attention to detail.

You will already have experience of using Microsoft Office and should be educated to at least GCSE Level or equivalent standard or have extensive work experience. You should have experience of working in customer services or administration.
