The Governors of this very successful Catholic High School wish to appoint an ‘Exams and Data Manager’ as part of our Administration team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be excited to take a leading role within the team. The role:

The Exams and Data Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of all internal and external examinations in the school, including liaising with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards as well as for the overall management of pupil data, assessment processes and analysis of a range of data across school.

The successful candidate will: 

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills 

- Have excellent IT skills

- Enjoy high levels of motivation and a commitment to high standards 

- Be able to work calmly and effectively under pressure

- Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved

- Be willing to go the extra mile for our pupils on a daily basis 

Salary: 

The job will be paid at Grade 6 and is term time only plus ten days i.e. 200 working days, 37 hours per week. The full year salary for 37 hours would be in the range of £21,166 to £24,799 – as this is a term-time plus ten days contract, the actual salary for a 37 hour contract will be in the range of £18,754 to £22,572.
