Job overview

  Grŵp Llandrillo Menai are looking for a talented, driven and strategic professional to develop and grow the Grŵp’s substantial commercial operations -  Busnes@LlandrilloMenai. 

We are looking for an outstanding commercial leader to drive and shape the Grŵp’s multiple commercial operation divisions including work-based learning and employer engagement. Many of the developments and opportunities the Grŵp are involved in are of significant importance to North Wales so this is a key role that sits on the Grŵp’s Executive team at an exciting time for the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in a similar senior position and have a track record in business development and be a proven leader with strong networking and negotiation skills. A strategic thinker with an excellent record in developing new markets and opportunities, you will also be used to transformational change and developing new business models. Experience and a sound understanding of the education and skills arena in Wales would be an advantage – but not essential.
