The villages of Gedney and Lutton are situated in the south of Lincolnshire close to the Norfolk border and with towns like Spalding, Holbeach and Kings Lynn nearby.
The Governing Body of the Gedney Church End and Lutton St. Nicholas Primary School Federation are seeking to appoint an Executive Head Teacher who will help us to continue our journey from Good towards outstanding provision for all of our pupils

These rural schools formed a soft federation in January 2007, when the current headteacher took over the leadership of both schools. In April 2008, the two governing bodies were dissolved and the schools formed a hard federation with one Headteacher and one governing body.
The federation provides opportunities for pupil enrichment, staff professional development and efficient use of resources which would not otherwise be possible and the benefits are already evident. We are looking for a proven leader who can further develop this successful federation.
