Havant Academy has recently been graded ‘Good’ for a second time by OFSTED and are looking to appoint an Executive Maths Lead who will work with the existing department to rapidly improve standards for all students, but especially the current KS4. The successful candidate will have thorough subject knowledge and experience of teaching the Edexcel board at KS4. 

They will be able to communicate and realise clear and consistent boundaries for students while raising aspirations and outcomes for pupils.

They will have experience of improving a department or outcomes and will demonstrate the necessary skills to lead a team of enthusiastic staff.

This is a unique role with exciting career development opportunities. The successful candidate will work with the Regional Executive Director to plan work and support across more than one school in the future once outcomes have been improved at Havant.
