Experienced Maths/Economics Teacher MYP/DP

An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an inspiring and engaging Maths and/or Economics teacher in MYP/DP, ideally with IB experience, who would be able to come and work with us from August 2023.

Situated in the beautiful region of Lake Garda and close to Brescia, our school is welcoming and supportive, with small class sizes and on-going professional development for our staff.

International School Brescia is a friendly and innovative IB World School offering the continuum of IB teaching and learning to students age 3-19. The school is growing rapidly and we are looking to expand our team of teachers starting from August 2023.

You should be keen to adapt to a new and exciting learning environment and willing to use flexible strategies in a class with students from different language backgrounds. We are seeking enthusiastic professionals preferably with experience of the International Baccalaureate. The successful candidate will:

-Have excellent subject knowledge.

-Be willing to play an active part and collaborate with the other members of the school. 

-Be committed to high standards and interested in using a constructivist approach to learning. 

-Be enthusiastic about promoting international understanding.
