We are looking for an experienced School Business Manager who has: 

• Several years experience of working in an office environment at a management level.

• Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation.

• Sound Financial Management experience.

• Book keeping experience 

• Qualified for AAT or equivalent.

• Excellent numeracy/literacy skills.

• Use of specialist equipment/resources.

• Ability to organise, lead and motivate other staff.

• Ability to plan and develop systems.

• Ability to relate well to children and adults.

• Work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.

• Ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.

• Proven organisational skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Good ICT skills including databases, and schools financial systems.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Confidentiality of information as appropriate.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work on own initiative.
