An Educator is an employee (not including a teacher) whose principal duties are to work with children in a School Aged Care Centre (SACC) or an ELC (outside of the period of operation of the pre-school program). Generally, (hours may vary) 7:30am to 9:00am, 3:00pm to 6:00pm and school vacation periods.

Casual employees are not required to be of the Catholic faith; however, they must uphold the values and ethics of the Catholic faith.
