Values and vision

The aim of Holy Family RC Primary School is to provide an enriching learning experience for its pupils, through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Pupils are encouraged to see the good in themselves and in others. The main focus of the school is to make sure students are able to read, write, communicate well and have a good understanding of mathematics. It has a Collective Worship policy, which means each child is legally allowed to worship in the school on a daily basis.

To help the children learn skills from a young age, the Oxford Reading Tree is one of the main schemes used by teaching staff. Phonics is also a strategy used by the school to develop reading skills. During religious education lessons, students are taught about a range of different faiths, from Judaism to Hinduism. Holy Family RC Primary School also holds swimming classes.
