Kinabalu International School is a not-for-profit, parent owned school and is located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia (Borneo) and has gained an excellent reputation for delivering a high quality education over the last 45 years. The school delivers a rigorous academic education for students aged 3 to 18, based on the English National Curriculum and the Cambridge International IGCSE and A-Level programmes. In addition to a demanding academic curriculum, students participate in a wide range of sporting, performing arts and co-curricular activities. The school currently caters for students from 33 different nations, employs a highly professional international teaching staff and enjoys an excellent reputation. Our students are highly motivated, hardworking and a pleasure to teach. We have a very friendly and supportive staff team, and strong links with parents and the local community.

We are looking for a passionate EYFS teacher with recognised teaching qualifications and a minimum of three years successful teaching experience. Applicants must be committed team players keen to contribute to the ongoing development of our busy, expanding and forward-looking school, and willing to play a full part in the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programmes. A position of responsibility may be available for the right candidate. Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential. Successful candidates will be offered a two year contract.
