The Genesis Education Trust is an expanding collection of outstanding and good schools in east London with a fantastic track record of training and progression opportunities for NQTs and more experienced teachers. We are looking for ambitious and dedicated staff to join in our expansion, to work at St Saviour’s in Walthamstow. We can offer a strong team, first class training (St Mary’s is a Teaching School), dedicated and professional colleagues and rapid progression.

St Mary’s is 3-form entry and is graded outstanding by Ofsted.  St Saviour’s is 2-form entry and is graded as good, with outstanding features.

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an EYFS teacher with a secondment to the Nursery’s exciting new forest school with outdoor learning.

If you are joining us as an NQT, we will ensure that you feel fully supported throughout your NQT year. You will have an experienced, fully trained mentor who will support you every step of the way in your development to outstanding.  Our NQTs tell us that they are happy, confident, well supported, well trained and are valued members of our team.

If you are joining us as a 2nd/3rd year teacher or beyond, we will be keen to find out how best we can work with you so that you feel supported, inspired and a key part of the team.  We have many structures in place to support 2nd/3rd year teachers and those aspiring to leadership.  Our 2nd/3rd year teachers and leaders tell us that they have access to first quality training and mentoring which enables them to enhance their practice very quickly and that there are opportunities to develop as a leader should they wish to do so.

If you are interested in joining our team, it would be great if you could come and visit us prior to application. Please contact Ms Brown (telephone number below) and let her know the dates and times when you can visit. We look forward to hearing from you!
