Job Title: Facilities Manager
Grade: SP 25-29 (£32,112-£35,496)
Hours / Weeks 36 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Reports to: Director of Operations
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, professional person, ideally with experience in facilities in this high-achieving and inclusive 11-18 multicultural school.
You will be able to:
• To maintain a Premises Development Plan including energy conservation and authorising repairs as necessary
• To plan and monitor all building works
• To lead on the management of procurement and service contracts including cleaning
• To liaise and supervise contractors on site including overseeing the quality of work by contractors and cleaning staff, reporting to the SLT as appropriate.
