An opportunity has arisen for a Faculty Administrator to provide curriculum administrative services for managers and staff. The role will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining processes, and producing accurate and timely data to meet manager and team needs. You will also be providing administrative support to assist in the day to day provision within the faculty of Student Support and Foundation Learning.
The successful applicant will hold Level 2 qualifications in English and maths. You will need to have previous administrative experience in a busy office environment along with experience of devising and implementing new methods of recording data, as well as inputting, maintaining and interpreting it. You will be skilled at communicating with a wide range of people and be able to develop effective relationships not only within the immediate team, but across the faculties and other College departments.
The post will involve working 37 hours per week and will be based at our Conway Park Campus in Birkenhead, Wirral. The successful applicant will be able to join the College's pension scheme as well as receive the College's generous holiday entitlement.
