The Governors and Headteacher of this popular High School are looking to appoint a permanent well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspiring Faculty Leader for English who will have the vision to drive further improvement for all our students. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 9 specialist English teachers in a school which is currently consulting on redesignation to be 11-16 from September 2019.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead the teaching and learning of English by modelling outstanding practice. We are looking for someone with proven success in student outcomes, who can successfully lead a team and who will be willing to contribute to the wider development of teaching and learning across the school.
