The Hill Primary has an exciting opportunity for a Pupil and Family Liaison Officer to join their team! The ideal candidate will work within our school to support children in achieving their very best. As a Pupil and Family Liaison Officer you will provide high quality, well planned pastoral support and guidance to pupils and their families in order to promote high expectations, raise aspirations and facilitate academic progress. To enable all pupils to develop personal excellence and a sense of pride within the academy.
You would be under the direct instruction of designated safeguarding lead and senior leadership team. This job is part of a job share role working alongside another member of the team to allow full support within the school.

We also place a high emphasis on the development of basic skills to support our children. Last year the school opened a successful community hub that supports adult learning, mental health and wellbeing and a number ofopportunities for members of the community to come together for a collective cause. We hope to continue our work on this over the coming years to strengthen our community links. Parent partnerships are regarded with upmost importance at The Hill.
