George Salter Academy is a friendly, happy and vibrant 11-18 academy, serving a multi-cultural community and we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated female Teacher of PE on a 12 month maternity cover starting directly after February half term.

The successful applicant will be able to deliver high quality teaching and learning and have a clear focus on the achievement of young people. You should also be willing to contribute to the extra curriculum programme of the Academy. The post would be an excellent opportunity for either an ECT or an experienced teacher.

George Salter Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in the West Midlands, serving students from the age of 11-19. The secondary school, situated in Sandwell has approximately 1,220 students on record. It is sponsored by the Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT).
