Finton House is a non-selective independent school offering an inclusive education to 320 boys and girls aged 4 - 11 yrs. Children make excellent academic and personal progress in a happy and caring environment. The School seeks to appoint a Finance and Compliance Administrator to support the Bursar in the delivery of a high standard of service to all our internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities will include day-to-day accounting administration (including fees, invoices, management reports, and budgets), payroll support, and banking activities. To assist with GDPR, Risk Register, Fixed Assets Register, SCR, Health & Safety, HR processes and general administrative support for the Bursar. The successful candidate will need to possess an AAT Technician qualification or be early to mid ACCA or CIMA qualified. The successful applicant will be positive, responsive, have a flexible attitude to work and be able to communicate easily with colleagues and parents. Honesty, diplomacy, integrity and confidentiality are essential qualities for the role.
