In September 2016 NIA opened as an all through 4-19 Free School and doubled its work force in 2017. We are now in position to do the same again to take in an oversubscribed new Year 7 and a new Reception cohort of pupils. By 2022 we will be a 2,220 pupil school.
We are looking to recruit outstanding staff to support the Teaching and Learning of our pupils by providing crucial roles throughout the school from 1st September 2018.
Finance and HR Administrator
Term time only – 39 weeks per year. 37 hours per week
Scale points 13-15 (£13,043-£13,478 actual)
This role supports the Academy Business Manager in administering the Finance and HR functions of the Academy. The successful candidate will deal with the day to day processing of purchase orders, good in, invoicing and banking as well supporting the Business Manager with payroll and HR systems. In addition the ideal candidate will assist the whole school office function with reception cover and administration as needed.
We are looking for someone who is an experienced, organised, dynamic and flexible administrator with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
Experience and confidence with IT is essential, as well as a good standard of written English.
