We are looking for an exceptional Finance & HR Manager who has the necessary skills and personal qualities to contribute to the strategic vision and leadership of the finance function within this forward-looking and highly successful school

The post of Finance & HR Manager supports the School Business in the delivery of the School’s strategic and operational plans. This is a key post in the school’s support team. The position will be responsible for the preparation of management and financial accounts, maintenance of accounting statutory reporting and payroll for the School. As HR manager you will take responsibility for maintaining the HR systems to ensure that the system remains accurate. You will oversee/ carry out all administration associated with the appointment, allocation and resignation of staff including pre-employment checks, payroll documentation and contracts.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently, use own initiative and work under pressure. The nature of the work may sometimes involve the post holder carrying out work outside of normal working hours and the school would require flexibility.
