We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Finance Assistant to the Hermitage family. 

Hermitage Primary School is a popular school in the heart of Uxbridge and is close to major transport links (London Underground and M25/40). We seek to employ individual with an eye for detail sustain and improve our financial procedures. You will be working under the supervision of our Bursar and will be part of a larger admin team. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills;
  • Ability to prioritise work;
  • Ability to manage time effectively;
  • Ability to use own initiative and work without supervision;
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and SIMS.net database;
  • Understand need for confidentiality.


The successful candidate will have the qualifications and experience necessary to fulfil the role, but more importantly will embrace being part of our team.
