We are looking for a reliable and very capable person to join our Bursary team at Dulwich Prep London.

This Finance Assistant role will have responsibility for collating and processing all payments accurately and for the efficient reconciliation, upkeep and archiving of purchase ledger records. They will also provide administrative support to the Bursary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, a superb telephone manner and will be literate in Microsoft Office and Excel.  A methodical approach and attention to detail is imperative.  Experience of working in a similar role and/or book keeping skills is essential.  Knowledge of WCBS Pass would be an advantage.  An AAT qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.

This role will require someone to work 18 hours per week, ideally over 3 or more days, for 40 weeks per annum (including all School term time weeks and relevant INSET days).  There is some flexibility over working hours.
