Governors seek the following appointment for a September 2018 start

Finance Officer   SCALE 3 POINT 14 PRO RATA TERM TIME ONLY (£17,681 pro rata actual salary £13,165)  32.5 hours per week to be worked over five days, Monday to Friday. Typically 8:30 – 15:30 each day, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break

St James’ Catholic High School is a popular and oversubscribed 11-16 mixed comprehensive which was judged by Ofsted to be a good school in March 2017, with outstanding ‘Outcomes for Pupils’ and ‘Personal Development & Welfare’.   

The ideal candidate will have experience of financial procedures, cash handling and cash security in a school or similar public sector environment.  Knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage, although full training will be given.
