Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join the Foundation learning team at Myerscough College.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in a flexible, proactive manner to undertake practical knowledge for Skills for Working Life (Animal Care and Equine), Employability & Personal Development qualifications to learners with a range of challenges. The successful candidate must have relevant industry experience, a level 3 FE qualification in a relevant subject area, along with experience of working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities. In addition, you will need to have GCSE (or equivalent) maths & English and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification within an agreed timescale (if not already obtained).

Hours are 14.8 per week
