We are looking to appoint an experienced gardener to maintain and develop the formal garden areas of the park, along with maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, hedges and lawns. Working as part of small grounds team you will need to be a team player, working with others on the grounds, but also be able to manage your own works programme effectively.
The ideal candidate will have horticultural qualifications and previously worked in a similar large environment. Knowledge and training in spraying would be advantageous. Understanding of Health and Safety requirements and safe working practices will be essential. Salary will be £18,000 - £19,000 depending upon experience.
