This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join one of the leading schools in the UK and take an active role in co-curricular and pastoral programmes and assist in academic lessons.

Whether you are looking for experience in education, sports coaching, outward bound, performing arts, pastoral care or considering a teaching career, we will be considering applications from a variety of subject specialisms. You will be expected to take a full and active part in the life of our busy boarding school, ensuring that the pupils’ experience at the College is as positive as possible. Depending on your strengths and experiences, your responsibilities may include:

· Helping with and leading coaching sessions at games practices

· Undertaking Boarding House duties, including assisting in the running of evening activities for boarders, supervising prep and other appropriate duties

· Helping with the activities programme by offering at least one activity per week

· Accompanying school trips, weekend activities and expeditions

· Being part of the College duty week rota

· Supporting the lesson cover system as needed

For those who are considering teaching, in whichever subject specialism, there will be opportunities to teach some academic lessons as well as help with cover as requested.

We are looking for candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills who can work independently as well as part of a team, with a genuine enthusiasm for passing on your skills to young people.
